Product Quality

All products are thoroughly checked for quality before packing.

  1. Only if a full pre-opening to post-opening video of the package is sent without cuts and edits will the matter be discussed via email.
  2. No cancellations can take place after placing the order.
  3. If a product is approved for return/exchange, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ship it back safely, ensuring its protection and timely dispatch.
